Q
Oh no! I didn't realize that your journey together was coming to an end. I'm so glad I got to follow for a little bit, many blessings as you go your separate ways. Your cover of 'In the Air tonight' will forever be my favourite! :)

The End

Well, that was fun. Here is some footage of our final song: Paid In Full. Many thanks to my wife, Jen B, for taking this on her iPhone ;)

And, of course, an overwhelming THANK YOU to all of our fans, family and friends who came out and celebrated our final show with us! You have all been amazing over the past four years with Rosewood Ghosts, and the previous five with Bill Owens. We would never have made it as far as we did without your support.

BAND PRACTICE

The final one. Tonight. And then the final show. Saturday. Looking forward to going out with a bang! Thanks to all of our followers, we had a good run. Keep on, keepin on.

Your pal, Steve

This video was shot at our most recent gig at Whiskey Bar, by our good friend Trevor Meyer. The songs in this video are Tommy Please (The Avenger) –> Lying on the Tracks. Don’t forget, you have one last chance to come out and see us live: The Last Waltz with Rosewood Ghosts @ Sullivan Hall – Saturday, May 12th at 8pm SHARP.

To our fans, friends and family,

It is with a heavy heart and sadness that after 4 years together, Rosewood Ghosts will be coming to an end. It is has been an incredible experience to play music with my brothers Joe Montague, Steve Brown, Saul Slotnick, Adam Weissman, Matt Teitelman, Eric Walden and my Dad, Anthony DiTringo. It is never easy to walk away from something you truly love but we all agree that this is the best decision at this point in our lives.

We have had the privilege to write and record amazing songs and perform incredible shows with people we love and respect tremendously. We are all truly grateful for everyone’s support through the years and cannot thank you enough.

On a brighter note, we intend to celebrate our years together with a farewell concert on Saturday, May 12 at Sullivan Hall in New York City…that’s right, it’s OUR Last Waltz! It would mean the world to us if all our fans, friends and family were there with us for our final show. We will be playing all of our favorite Rosewood Ghosts songs, and of course some kick ass covers as well. We will be going on stage promptly at 8:00 so please be there as early as you can!

We look forward to celebrating with all of you on this very important night for us. See you in New York!

Jamie

Went to see Delta Spirit last week with Guitar Player Jamie and Guitar Player Saul and the show was predicably amazing. The rhythm section in that band is just badass! Currently listening to their live set on NPR Music. photo from brooklynvegan
